Abu Dhabi Housing Authority launches Yas Canal housing project

The project comprises of 1,146 residential villas with an anticipated timeline for completion by the end of 2027

The Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA) launched the Yas Canal housing project, in partnership with the Abu Dhabi Centre for Projects and Infrastructure and ICT Real Estate Development. Situated in Al Raha Beach area, the project comprises of 1,146 residential villas, with a total cost of AED 3.5 billion.

In a partnership with the private sector, ‘ICT’ will design and construct the project along with laying the infrastructures. The Abu Dhabi Centre for Projects and Infrastructure will oversight the project. The sales operations for these residential units are being conducted in partnership with ADHA.

Encompassing 1.8 square kilometres of land, the Yas Canal project entails the creation of various public and service amenities. These include three mosques, a school, a sports club and retail shops, spanning an area of 10,000 square meters. The projected completion timeline for this project is set for the fourth quarter of 2027.

The project will offer a diverse set of choices for residential villas, available in varying sizes, ranging from three to six rooms, with square footage ranging from 350 square meters to 525 square meters. These villas are built on residential plots that can vary in size from 600 to 780 square meters.
