With the aim of improving its customer service platform

The Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA) has announced the commencement of a comprehensive update for its customer service platform, introducing a completely new platform that integrates all government housing services under one umbrella for an elevated customer experience.

ADHA stated that a number of its services on TAMM platform will be temporarily suspended from 30 March to 16 April 2024 due to the platform update.

The services that will be temporarily suspended include loans exemptions services, post-approval modification services, including the cancellation service and all other sub-services.

Add-on tools available within TAMM platform will also be suspended, including cancellation requests, request to add applicants, request wife consent for exchange, request issuance of housing service status certificate, and the completion of the procedure by the customer, among other services.

ADHA customers will be provided with updates related to the completion of the platform update and the availability of the services again through the ADHA accounts on social media platforms.
